Membership

To join U3A Moonee Valley follow these steps:

• Click on the JOIN US box. Fill in your details and click Apply for Membership
• Select your Membership Type (Full or Associate) and tick the box to accept conditions, then click Join.
• Fill in all your details on the Application Form and click Commit (if you don’t click Commit your details are lost).
• You will be emailed an ID and password and a badge will be posted to you.

After filling your details, click Next at the bottom of the Membership Status page. This will bring you to the Member Summary page. At the bottom of this page click Pay Online.

This will bring up the E-way logo. Click on “Click here to pay” at the bottom of the E-way card. Fill in your card details and click “PAY NOW”. You will receive an email confirmation of payment. E-way takes VISA and Mastercard.
Paying online allows you to enrol in classes immediately.

You may prefer to pay by EFT, either by internet banking or by visiting a bank. Payment is free at any Bendigo Bank branch. As our database is not directly linked to the EFT system there will be a delay of a few days before you can enrol in classes.

Please include your full name on the transfer as the reference number.

Members may enrol in up to 5 courses.  You will not be able to enrol if your fees have not been paid.

To enrol please follow the steps below.  For a more detailed set of instructions, including most of the screens you will see, please open the pdf file below.

If you have just joined and the database is still open ignore steps 1 and 2.

• Go to  https://u3amooneevalley.com.au/
• Go to Member Login and login using your usual ID and Password
• Select Classes 2021.  This will give you a list of all courses alphabetically
• Select a class by clicking on the small square at the left of the class description (Clicking the square again deselects the class).
• When you have made your selections GO TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE AND CLICK Next.  If you don’t click on next your selections are lost).  You can get to the bottom by pushing the End key.
• Check your selections and select Next.  If you find you have made an error in your selections use page back arrow at the top left of the page so as to return to the class list.
• Print your selections if you wish and select Next then Exit

You will receive an email confirming your enrolment if you have been placed in the class.  If you apply for a class marked TBA you will be placed on the waitlist and tutors will contact you when they form the class.  You will not receive an email if you are placed on a waitlist.
